Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 104 "An Act                                                                        
relating to the duties of the state Board of Education and Early                                                                
Development; and relating to school curriculum" for the Education                                                               
Committee meeting on April 4 at 3:30 p.m. Without objection, it was                                                             
so ordered.
